About Me:

I have over 30 years experience

as a QS in the construction industry, with the last 17 years being on a freelance basis.

My current clients include main-contractors, sub-contractors and small builders, mainly with turnovers of £2 to £3 million, and the work I do for them is mainly estimating and final accounts.

Fees:

I currently deal with all projects

personally; your work will not be farmed out to less experienced people.

I prefer to give a quotation for a lump sum fee before starting any work, as long as the scope of the services required is sufficiently detailed;          or I can work on an hourly rate basis if you prefer.
